Press Pass

By submitting your press pass application, you confirm that you have read and understood the information provided on this page and that you meet the required eligibility criteria.

You may submit an application if your activity meets the following criteria:

Demonstrated industry expertise

- Your content covers yachting or closely related topics (luxury, business, sustainability, etc.) in a substantial way, whether your overall editorial focus is lifestyle, general interest, business or yachting-specific.
- You are the owner and administrator of your official social media account.
- You are the creator of your audiovisual content.
- You have a sufficiently established community with a strong engagement rate on at least one of the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or YouTube.
- Expected engagement rates: Facebook (>0.5%), Instagram (>1%), TikTok (>4%). For LinkedIn and YouTube, engagement will be assessed on a case-by-case basis using the metrics relevant to each platform.

Clear editorial coverage plan
- You provide a clear description of your planned MYS 2026 coverage, including the format (story, reel, dedicated video, article, etc.), the expected number of publications, the editorial angle and the planned publication schedule.
- General statements of intent without a defined editorial angle or content format will not be considered.

Supporting documents required:
- Links to 3 to 5 pieces of content published within the last 12 months relating to yachting or closely related topics (luxury, business, sustainability, etc.).
- Screenshots showing your number of followers, average views and average engagement.

Important: Only one press accreditation will be issued per influencer.

Exceptionally, if you require a technical assistant, please submit a separate application in their name and attach a letter on your media outlet's official headed paper, signed by you, explaining their role in covering the Show and stating their full name.

Additional supporting documents may be sent by email (via WeTransfer or an equivalent service) to communicationsdivision@monacoyachtshow.mc.

By submitting your press accreditation application, you confirm that you have read and understood the information provided on this page and that you meet the required eligibility criteria.

You may submit an application if you are attending the Monaco Yacht Show to produce editorial coverage of the Show, its exhibitors and partners on behalf of a media outlet, and if this coverage will be published and publicly accessible.

Supporting documents to be submitted:
- Your press card must be issued by a recognised official organisation, be clearly legible and valid at the time of application.
- Alternatively, you may provide an official letter on your media outlet's headed paper confirming your assignment.

This letter must:

1. Specify the media outlet, the type of coverage to be produced and the planned publication date (as precisely as possible).
2. Clearly identify you as the author of the coverage, whether for digital, print, television or radio.
3. If you are attending as part of a team, list the full names and roles of all team members (including technical staff).
4. Be signed by the Editor-in-Chief or Publishing Director of the relevant media outlet.

Important: If you are attending as part of a team, each member must submit an individual application (using the same letter on headed paper if required).

If you were granted press accreditation for MYS 2025, please provide the published media coverage resulting from your attendance, clearly showing your byline as the author of the report.

By submitting your press accreditation application, you confirm that you have read and understood the information provided on this page and that you meet the required eligibility criteria.

You may submit an application if you are an audiovisual news agency, a press photographer or freelance photographer, or a television broadcaster.

Supporting documents to be submitted:
- Your press card must be issued by a recognised official organisation, be clearly legible and valid at the time of application.
- Alternatively, you may provide an official letter on your media outlet's headed paper confirming your assignment.

This letter must:

1. Specify the media outlet, the type of coverage to be produced and the planned publication date (as precisely as possible).
2. Clearly identify you as the author of the coverage, whether for digital, print, television or radio.
3. If you are attending as part of a team, list the full names and roles of all team members (including technical staff).
4. Be signed by the Editor-in-Chief or Publishing Director of the relevant media outlet.

Important: If you are attending as part of a team, each member must submit an individual application.

If you are an audiovisual production company (or an independent photographer), you must be officially commissioned by a broadcasting media outlet (television channel). A press card alone is not sufficient.

Additional supporting documents may be sent by email (via WeTransfer or an equivalent service) to communicationsdivision@monacoyachtshow.mc.

- Editorial activity: Editor-in-Chief, freelance journalist, press, web, radio or television reporter, etc.
- Audiovisual activity: audiovisual news agency, press photographer or freelance photographer, television broadcaster, etc.
- Technical staff: television production crews, etc.
- Influencer: Instagram creator, YouTuber, TikTok creator, etc., covering yachting or closely related topics.

If you represent more than one media outlet or perform multiple roles, please specify the name of the media outlet for which you are producing your Monaco Yacht Show coverage.

When a press pass application may be refused
The Monaco Yacht Show Press Office will review all information submitted with each application and reserves the right to approve or decline any request.

An application may, for example, be refused if:
- the information provided is insufficiently detailed,
- the application form is incomplete or does not clearly identify the editorial coverage planned following your visit to the Monaco Yacht Show,
- the content published on your social media channels is not considered to meet satisfactory editorial or audiovisual quality standards,
- the proposed content is harmful, disrespectful or defamatory towards any individual or professional organisation,
- etc.

All applications must be submitted online via the dedicated form. No applications can be processed on site.

Refusal of an accreditation application
The MYS Press Office reviews each application received and reserves the right to approve or refuse any accreditation request.

An application may be refused, in particular, when:
- the information provided is insufficient or incomplete,
- the form submitted does not clearly identify the editorial coverage planned following your visit to MYS,
- the proposed coverage does not relate to yachting or to a topic directly connected to it (luxury, business, sustainability, etc.) — for example, a predominantly generic lifestyle account with no connection to yachting or the event,
- the published content (articles, photos, videos, social media content) does not meet appropriate editorial or audiovisual quality standards,
- the proposed content is disrespectful, defamatory or harmful towards an individual or a professional organisation.

The Monaco Yacht Show prioritises media outlets and creators whose editorial approach reflects a commitment to in-depth and high-quality coverage of the yachting industry. Applications are carefully reviewed in order to highlight insightful reports, industry analysis and content that contributes to a better understanding and visibility of the sector.

The decision to grant a press pass is made solely at the discretion of the Organiser, who shall make decisions without appeal and without any obligation to provide reasons.

If your application is approved, you will receive an email confirming that a press pass has been granted.

You may collect your press accreditation at the Quai Antoine Ier entrance from Tuesday 22 to Saturday 26 September 2026, between 9:00 am and 6:30 pm (the Show closes at 6:00 pm on Saturday).
Collection is subject to presentation of your press credentials or a valid identity document bearing the same name as the one registered on your previously approved online application.
Press accreditation is personal and non-transferable.

- Wednesday 23 September 2026: 10 am - 6.30 pm (public opening hours)
- Thursday 24 and Friday 25 September 2026: 8.30am - 6.30 pm (opening hours for press)*  
- Saturday 26 September 2026: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm (opening hours for press)*

* Access from 8.30am authorised upon presentation of the MYS press pass.

The press pass provides access to:
- All MYS exhibition areas from 23 to 26 September 2026,
- Office facilities and internet access at the MYS Press Centre (Quai Antoine Ier), upon presentation of your accreditation,
- MYS public transport services (electric buggies, water shuttles and city buses*).

The press pass authorises photo and video recording within the MYS premises. For any filming outside the Show, i.e. from locations within Monaco, please submit your authorisation request to the Monaco Press Centre.

The press pass does not provide access to:
- Yachts (access must be requested directly from the exhibitor),
- The C&C Lounge (reserved for captains and crew members),
- The Prestige Lounge (reserved for private clients).

You can contact exhibitors' press representatives via their dedicated profile page (available through the online exhibitor list).

The list of accredited media outlets is shared upon request with MYS exhibitors and partners solely for the purpose of organising their media coverage (sending press releases and invitations to press events).

Exhibiting companies are responsible for ensuring that this list is not shared with any third-party organisation.

Any filming within the Principality (outside the MYS site) must be subject to an authorisation request submitted to the Monaco Press Centre.

The use of drones is prohibited from 19 September 2026 at 8:00 am until 27 September 2026 at 6:00 pm, during the Monaco Yacht Show.

Only the official service provider is authorised to operate drones for the MYS organiser's media requirements. Any violation is subject to a fine in accordance with the provisions of Article 2-2 of the Monegasque Penal Code.
