Case of refusal of a press accreditation pass request
The MYS Press Office takes note of the elements submitted with the applications received and reserves the right to grant or decline each one.
The MYS Press Office can for example refuse a request when :
- the information provided is not sufficiently explicit,
- the form received is incomplete or does not allow to identify precisely the coverage planned following your visit to MYS,
- the contents proposed on your social networks are not considered of good editorial or audiovisual quality,
- the proposed content is harmful, disrespectful or defamatory of any person or professional entity,
- etc.
A request may be refused in particular when:
- the information provided is insufficient or incomplete,
- the intended editorial coverage is not clearly specified,
- the published content (articles, photos, videos, social media) does not meet editorial or audiovisual quality standards,
- the proposed content is disrespectful, defamatory, or harmful to an individual or professional entity.
The Monaco Yacht Show gives priority to media whose editorial line and publications demonstrate an in-depth and qualitative approach to covering the yachting industry. Applications will therefore be assessed with the utmost care, with a focus on feature reports, sector analyses, and editorial content that enhance the understanding and visibility of our sector.
The decision to grant a press pass falls under the exclusive and discretionary authority of the Organizer, who rules without appeal and without any obligation to justify or explain its decisions.
If your request is validated, you will receive an email confirming you have your press accreditation pass.
