Our patented key technologies, the highly efficient DVZ-JZR® Jet Zone Reactor and the unique, nearly indestructible DVZ-BMSU® Membrane System, ensure reliable, efficient and economical sewage treatment with a high purification effect; without the need to add flocculants or other additives. Both technologies are perfectly combined in the DVZ-JZR "BIOMASTER"® Sewage Treatment System. By the way... the perfect choice for mega and super yachts!
Thanks to their flexibility and the divisibility of the process stages, our systems can be fitted into existing spaces and even the smallest with a high degree of flexibility. We achieve up to 25% of the space requirement of conventional ship sewage treatment plants. This makes "DVZ" an equally perfect choice for refit projects.

The Advanced Waste Water Treatment System DVZ-JZR "BIOMASTER"® is not only sustainable in its function, but also in itself. The eponymous patented Bioreactor DVZ-JZR® (Jet Zone Reactor) sets highest standards in efficient on-board sewage treatment. An exceptionally fine air bubble pattern provides an immense reaction surface for the biodegradation process, coupled with optimised energy efficiency. No plastic floats are required, which could mistakenly get overboard. No agents need to be added. The unique and virtually indestructible DVZ-BMSU membranes are made of 100% stainless steel. They can be cleaned to ‘as delivered’ and are easy to recycle after a calc. life cycle of >20 years. During this period there is no need to replace and dispose of membrane materials itself. With a small footprint of up to 25% of a conventional ship sewage treatment plant, the DVZ-JZR "BIOMASTER"® requires far less material in manufacturing. With the focus on stainless steel, the emphasis is on simple material separation/recycling at the end of a significantly long system life cycle. The permeate from the DVZ-JZR "BIOMASTER"® is clear and contains no solids that could harbour nutrients or pathogens.
