Established 25 years ago, Xeamos has become an industry leader in the highly specialised field of emission-reducing solutions that directly or indirectly contribute to a better environment. Clean air is the source of life for people and planet, and Xeamos innovation helps create a healthier world.
We all have a responsibility to preserve the unique balance of our planet and protect its climate from further harm. Xeamos’s clean air engineering plays a vital role in this respect and our systems are produced in a sustainable way.
Our engineers cooperate with technology partners and like-minded clients who can rely on technical know-how, in-depth market expertise and a strong understanding of laws & regulations. Xeamos supports clients in tackling emissions and solving the challenges they face in relation to reduction requirements.
Xeamos creates a better world by designing the emission systems of today and tomorrow.

Xeamos designs, manufactures, and installs exhaust gas after-treatment systems on board newbuild and existing yachts. With over 650 systems installed, we achieve an average reduction of:
44,011 kg/yr in total PM emissions
1,929.98 kg/yr in total NOx emissions
With existing class certification for IMO Tier III on the most common engine brands, we are a reliable and flexible partner for emission reduction solutions. All our systems are compatible with HVO.
Our R&D investments in alternative fuels, such as Dual Fuel, also make us a strong technological partner for shipyards in developing alternative solutions in today’s energy transition.
With a focus on the existing yacht fleet, we expect to have significant potential to achieve substantial reductions in soot particles in the water and on the hull of the yacht. Additionally, we aim to reduce hydrocarbons around the yacht to improve the living conditions of the crew and owner, and last but not least, to lower NOx emissions below the maximum levels set by IMO Tier III.
