Cadorin designs and manufactures wood flooring in Italy for prestigious residential settings and the yachting sector. A highly technical and aesthetic product, developed according to eco-design standards and environmental responsibility. Criteria: wood from mature, legally harvested trees EUDR or FSC. Use only a top layer of noble wood, combined with cores made from fast-growing and readily available timber. The use of timber sourced locally 300–1000 km principle “Legno più, Km meno” to reduce transport impact; NATUR-grade logs reduce production waste by up to 30–40%; “Antico” collection revives reclaimed wood from deconstructed buildings. Lab tests certify Cadorin boards meet low-emission stand.: VOC, TSCA, CARB, E1. Aligned with LEED criteria Stelle Green Certification rates only sustainable parquet by environmental performance. P.A.R.I. packaging with ≥60% recycled plastic, fully recyclable. The plant is powered by renewable sources: up to 60% of electricity comes from solar (490,000 kWh/year), and 100% of thermal energy (3+ million kWh/year) is self-generated from wood waste. Surplus sawdust is turned into pellet fuel, reducing CO₂ emissions by an estimated 840 tons/year.
