Cantiere Rossini is a refit yard purpose-built for yachts between 30 and 50 metres. Based in one of Italy’s leading yacht-building hubs, it offers advanced facilities, a controlled approach to project delivery and access to top local expertise and trusted contractors.
Rossini’s two identical sheds are fully insulated, spacious and ultra-controlled, ensuring optimal conditions for complex refits and high-quality repaints.
Each shed is managed from its own project office, ensuring full visibility and control. Climate and dust are tightly regulated to prevent risks and delays.
Pinpoint keeps teams aligned in real time while the multinational team keeps decision-makers fully informed with no need to chase updates.
Clean, modern facilities and a professional working atmosphere support safety, focus and results.
Exceptional crew amenities and an in-house yacht agency streamline logistics and support crew wellbeing. Three nearby international airports ensure easy access.
For professionals who value control, quality and trust, Cantiere Rossini offers a serious alternative for their next refit project.

Cantiere Rossini is a shipyard built with purpose.
A shipyard designed from the ground up to deliver complex refits with clarity, care and minimal environmental impact. The refit facilities are fully insulated and heated using a highly efficient seawater-based geothermal system. The yard runs on renewable electricity with HVO-fuelled machinery. Every building is made from sustainable materials and designed to be recyclable. Architecture blends into the sea and hillside at the footstep of a protected natural reserve. A vertical garden separates the yard from the stunning technical marina. Clients and crew are welcomed into a clean, well-organised space; employees work in calm, light-filled glass offices. With remote ownership and management in mind, Rossini is integrating digital reporting systems to support project tracking and reduce unnecessary travel. Sustainability here is not an after-thought: it is built into the structure, the systems and the way people are treated every day.
