A shipyard designed from the ground up to deliver complex refits with clarity, care and minimal environmental impact. The refit facilities are fully insulated and heated using a highly efficient seawater-based geothermal system. The yard runs on renewable electricity with HVO-fuelled machinery. Every building is made from sustainable materials and designed to be recyclable. Architecture blends into the sea and hillside at the footstep of a protected natural reserve.
