Founded in 1992 by Steve and Christina Roberts in the heart of North Devon, Turnstyle Designs is a global leader in creating high quality, design lead hardware. Still privately owned by the Roberts Family, the business is now run by their eldest son Oscar. Turnstyle makes each individual piece by hand, their skilled craftspeople combine precision engineering and traditional artisan techniques. Their ever-growing collection includes interior door, cabinet, and window hardware.
New for 2025, Turnstyle Designs will be introducing some new and exciting products to their range. A combination of new textures and designs will be unveiled at this year's show!
Turnstyle Designs are now an official B Corp accredited company and the only hardware manufacture in the world to achieve this status. At Turnstyle Designs, sustainability has been at the heart of their ethos for years and they are incredibly proud of this achievement and continue to strive to maintain this responsible manufacturing journey.

As a B Corp certified manufacturer that mostly make products by hand our direct footprint is very low. We offset our carbon through to scope three and aim to reduce our carbon per product each year.
The impact is in the materials we use. We are constantly researching and developing new techniques and materials to incorporate them into our products in a bid to reduce this.
Brass which is our core material is infinitely recyclable without diminishing its key properties. We recycle all our waste brass swarf.
Our leather is sourced only from European cows that are a biproduct of the meat industry so their hides would otherwise go to waste.
It is naturally tanned using natural vegetable dyes. There is no Chromium in our leathers.
The acids we use to patinate our brass are neutralised after use returning them to water.
Our signature Amalfine material is made up for around 80% biproducts such as marble and bronze dust left over from other manufacturers.
Our products are easily repaired and we often take them back to do so.
We have removed 99% of single use plastics from our production process. Our packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable, using only water based inks.
