The website is operated by Monaco Yacht Show S.A.M. (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This page (together with any documents referred to on it) sets out the terms of use (“Terms”) under which you may use this website (the “Site”). As a user of the Site (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”), please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By using the Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not accept these Terms, please stop using the Site immediately.

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice by amending this page (and any documents referred to herein). It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to take notice of any changes, as they are binding on you as soon as they are posted. Certain provisions of these Terms may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Site.

Access to the Site
Access to the Site is provided on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend any service provided through the Site without notice. We shall not be held liable if, for any reason, the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

User Communications

User Content (including Directory Content)
Any information or content we receive from you (by email or otherwise), and any material you submit through the Site (“User Content”), including for an online directory (whether it features exclusively exhibitors, sponsors, participants, or others) (“Directory”), will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. We reserve the right to use any User Content on the Site and/or on any other website we operate, as well as in our offline publications, as we see fit.

You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, and publish such User Content for commercial or non-commercial purposes in connection with our business. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit any User Content.

By submitting User Content, you warrant that you are the original creator, that you have full rights to provide it to us, and that you waive any moral rights you may have in relation to that content.

You must not submit any User Content that:

• is inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, abusive, vulgar, obscene, discriminatory, invasive of confidentiality or privacy, offensive, or damaging to our reputation;
• you do not own or for which you have not obtained all necessary permissions;
• contains technically harmful elements (such as viruses, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted data, malware, etc.);
• impersonates any person or misrepresents your affiliation.

Any User Content you submit to us is provided on the basis that we may (but are not obligated to) review and edit such User Content prior to publication. We reserve the right to remove any User Content, or any part of it, from the Site at any time and for any reason, entirely at our discretion and without prior notice.

We do not endorse or accept any responsibility for the use or content of such User Content, nor for any content included in a Directory or on any website linked to or referenced within a Directory. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim, or expense suffered or incurred by you and/or your personnel arising out of or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any content, product, and/or service available on or through the Site, any Directory, or any other website.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company and our directors, officers, employees, and other representatives from and against any liability, claim, demand, expense, and cost arising from your submission of User Content in violation of these Terms.

Where you purchase a listing in a Directory from us, the terms of any booking contract we agree with you shall apply to the purchase of that service.

Intellectual Property
We are the owner or licensee of all copyright, trademarks, design rights, database rights, confidential information, and any other intellectual property rights (collectively, “Intellectual Property”) contained in or displayed on the Site. The Intellectual Property on and within the Site is protected by various laws and treaties around the world. All rights are reserved.

Licence
You are permitted to print and download extracts from the Site for your personal use, subject to the following conditions:
• no document or related graphic on the Site may be modified in any way;
• no graphic on the Site may be used separately from the accompanying text; and
• copyright and trademark notices, as well as this permission notice, must appear on all copies.

Any use of extracts from the Site that does not comply with the terms of this licence is strictly prohibited. If you breach any of the above terms, your permission to use the Site will automatically terminate, and you must immediately destroy any printed or downloaded extracts from the Site.

The Site may not be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. You agree not to adapt, modify, or create derivative works based on any material on the Site, nor to use such material for any purpose other than for personal, non-commercial use.

Misuse of the Site
