AEROTHERMAL CLIMATE CONTROL

MB92 uses aerothermal equipment during the execution of its projects, particularly in the processes of paint application and curing on large yachts. These are climate control systems. Their purpose is to provide stable and precise environmental conditions that meet the technical requirements set by paint manufacturers to ensure the highest quality finishes. There are two main technologies used in MB92s aerothermal equipment. Air-to-water and air-to-air. Both can provide heating and cooling, reversing their operation depending on need. Also in both cases, the equipment is modular, allowing the localized and optimal distribution of air to the painting zones.Additionally, the system is complemented by humidification units, which enable the adjustment of both temperature and humidity levels according to the specific needs of each stage of the painting and curing process.Through this configuration, aerothermal systems allow effective and continuous control of environmental parameters, ensuring compliance with the technical data sheets of paints and coatings. The result is a controlled process that delivers finishes of exceptional quality, meeting the most demanding client expectations.
