Blue Wake™ is the Monaco Yacht Show's institutional programme dedicated to recognising the practical, operational and environmentally responsible solutions developed across the yachting industry.

Each recognised solution is validated through an independent assessment process, conducted in partnership with the Water Revolution Foundation.

Blue Wake™ identifies the products, services and innovations whose environmental impact has been demonstrated , then brings them to the attention of the Show's visitors.

By bringing these solutions together at the MYS, the programme gives owners, their representatives, yacht managers and industry professionals a reliable point of reference for identifying proven responses to environmental challenges .

Meeting a recognised Blue Wake™ exhibitor is the assurance of discovering solutions selected for their operational relevance and their measurable contribution to the sustainability of yachts.

The programme is now open to exhibitors specialising in brokerage and yacht management.

This reflects the recognition that environmental transition concerns not only the design and construction of yachts, but their entire life cycle , from development through to day-to-day operation.

An independent and rigorous methodology

Each application undergoes an independent assessment conducted by the Water Revolution Foundation, ensuring the credibility and integrity of the programme.

Solutions are analysed on the basis of technical evidence and measurable data, across four areas of impact.
- Emissions reduction (fuel consumption and pollutants).
- Material circularity (recyclability, durability)
- Eco-design and innovation (life-cycle analysis)
- Protection of water and marine ecosystems (wastewater management, discharge reduction)

Only solutions that meet the eligibility criteria receive Blue Wake™ recognition.

The Blue Wake™ Awards recognise the solutions whose contribution to more responsible yachting has been acknowledged following the independent assessment process.

They highlight innovations that provide tangible responses to environmental challenges, from the design through to the operation of yachts.
