Symbolising the historical ties linking Blancpain to the maritime world, the participation of the world’s oldest watch brand in the Monaco Yacht Show is now a well-established tradition.
For the 8th year running, Blancpain renews its commitment
to this prestigious nautical event and will have
the privilege of presenting one of its timepieces
in an exclusive Monaco Yacht Show limited series.
This ongoing involvement testifies to an undying
love for the sea and to an art of living shared with
sailing devotees.
With its roots in the Vallée de Joux, Blancpain
pays homage to the highest forms of centuries-old
methods of mechanical watchmaking. Instead of assembly
line construction, each Blancpain watch is assembled “from
A to Z”, by a single watchmaker. The key components
of the movements are painstakingly finished by hand,
using techniques developed long ago. Innovation is
tied to tradition as Blancpain has taken the concepts
of the last century and brought them forward to take
watchmaking to places where it has never been before.
There is a natural link between Blancpain’s
