On the former Austro-Hungarian naval base within the coastal town of Tivat, in the sheltered Bay of Kotor – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Bay of Kotor is the deepest natural harbor in southern Europe, located on the southern end of the Dalmatian coast with direct access to the Adriatic and Central Mediterranean cruising grounds.

The marina opened with 85 berths in summer 2009 and has since grown to the current capacity of 450 berths (127 for superyachts). The marina can accommodate the largest yachts in the world, with berths up to 250m in size.
